I’m Attending WordCamp Taiwan 2021

WordCamp Taiwan 2021

Last year, I attended WordCamp Denver which was done virtually. This year, I’m attending another virtual WordPress event and that’s WordCamp Taiwan 2021.

Although this event is going to be held in Taiwan, there are several International speakers (5 out of the 16 speakers) so those sessions they will be leading out in will be done in English. Aside from that, since this is a virtual event, they have opened it up to anyone who’s interested in joining or participating.

The WordCamp that everyone has been longing for is back!
This year, for the first time, we are breaking the geographical barrier and throwing the biggest WordCamp in Taiwan, so that WordPress lovers from all over the world can join us online.

Below is the schedule for the 2-day event. Please note that the website was translated from Taiwanese to English so some of it may not be 100% accurate.

As you can see from the screenshot, the Gather platform has the Stardew Valley vibes.

Unfortunately, due to the time difference, the sessions will be held from 12 AM to 4 AM Eastern time so I will have to watch the recorded sessions on YouTube. If you’re not able to attend the live sessions/talks like me, you can watch it via the official WordCamp Taiwan YouTube channel.
