Google Adwords Gift Card

Google has sent me two $100 Google Adwords Coupons in the span of four months, the first one in November of last year and the second one was this February. I wasn’t able to use both of them and they just expired. I guess Google isn’t gonna give up too easily on me because they sent me another coupon a couple of days ago, this time in the form of a Google Adwords Gift Card worth $100.

The letter that the Google Adwords Gift Card came with is different from the previous letters I received. This letter talks in the first-person point of view and is created like an application letter, with Google Adwords trying to convince the user to “hire” Adwords, which makes the letter more engaging and convincing IMO.

Here’s the full text of the letter:

Dear Adsense Publisher,

Every great website needs a source of loyal, new visitors. Wouldn’t it be great if you could hire someone to bring them in — week after week — and pay that employee whatever you wanted to?

I’d like to be that employee. And I’ve got $100 that says you won’t regret hiring me.

Here are just a few of the things I can bring to the table:

I have ten years of experience. And I’ve been helping blog and business websites grow since Day One.

I’m flexible. Just tell me the kind of visitors you’re trying to reach, or what you’re willing to spend to reach them.

I’m well-traveled. I’ll go after Web visitors anywhere in the world — or in the backyard.

I won’t strain your budget. You choose how much you want to pay me every day. (And I’ll never ask for a raise.)

I hope you’ll take a moment to look at my resume. I believe it demonstrates my proven expertise in helping sites grow, and stay, successful.

I’ve even set up a special website, so we can get started right away:
www.google.com/ads/hiregoogleadwords

So add me to your team! I just might be the boost your business could use.

Thanks and I hope to hear from you soon,

Google

Pretty interesting, engaging, and convincing letter don’t you think? Besides that, who doesn’t want an employee who won’t ask for a raise, right? Hehe

Anyways, I think I’m gonna use this Google Adwords Coupon this time for a project I’m working on. If I won’t be using it, I might give it away to one of the readers here on JaypeeOnline in a form of blog giveaway so watch out for it. Before I do that though, I’ll have to make sure that I can do that – give out the coupon code to somebody else.

Anybody else receive a $100 Google Adwords Gift Card? What did you use the coupon for?

@Justin — Yeah, me too. In fact I received two more coupons via email yesterday. I know, I found out about that from one of the comments posted on my previous post about my first Google Adwords Coupon. Thanks for sharing, now I know what to do when I receive a new coupon. Hehe

  2. @elmot – How long have you been a Google Adsense or Analytics user? I think it depends on how long you’ve been using any of those two services and how much you earn if you’re with Adsense. I’m sure you’ll also receive these coupons soon.

  3. @Jhay – Same here. I’ve never used any of the coupons I’ve received earlier. Hopefully I could use this one or the other 2 coupons I received yesterday. I’m sure you’re gonna get more of it soon. ;)

  4. I received two via email last March. Never got to use it because the project I was intending to use it for wasn’t ready. Hopefully, Google would send another one soon. I’d be sure to use it this time around.

  6. I get at least 1 $100 adwords gift card from Google every three months, and they don’t work with existing accounts, I just open a new account for each one and let them stale out and expire when used up. :)
