These days, I don’t play video games as much as I did in the past. However, that can’t stop me from reviewing game-related devices, right? That’s why, today, I am going to share with you my unboxing experience of the NYXI Wizard Wireless Controller for the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, and Nintendo Switch OLED.
As you can see from the post thumbnail or the image above, the folks from NYXI sent the limited edition NYXI Wizard Orange Spice. It features a nostalgic/retro design inspired by the Nintendo GameCube controller.

INITIAL IMPRESSIONS
I received the NYXI Wizard at the end of October but I was only able to unbox it recently so I haven’t really gotten to put it through its paces. However, I was able to try out a couple of games on the Nintendo Switch and some Steam games on my laptop.
Based on the short time that I’ve used the NYXI Wizard wireless controller, I can say that it performs very well. I haven’t tried programming the back buttons but overall, the buttons and triggers were very responsive and the controller itself was very comfortable to use.
My 10-year old son has been using the NYXI Wizard more than I do playing Animal Crossing and I will get his opinion on the performance of the controller. I will share more when I publish the actual product review.
