WP Theme Review: Fluidity

Fluidity is the most recent WordPress theme created by my friend and kababayan* Beng Hafner. It’s the second free WordPress theme she’s released this year and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

I’ve always been an avid fan of Beng Hafner’s work. I always admired the designs of her personal blog and also the free WordPress themes that she has created. It’s amazing how she finds the time to create this beautiful WordPress themes inspite of her busy schedule. Beng Hafner happens to be a wife, mom of 3 kids, a full-time student with a part-time job. Fluidity is easily one of her best creations ever.

Releasing my second latest free WordPress Theme for this year. Fluidity – I think the name sayz it all huh? This is my very first fluid/liquid creation and top of it all…it’s three (3) columns. I applied the famous Web 2.0 graphic design a bit to make it look trendy. I said a bit because I myself doesn’t like too much gradient and too bright colors. In my opinion, web design is exactly the same like fashion, everything should match and harmonize. Okay enough blah.

Basic Features:

  • 3 columns
  • Widget ready
  • Search engine optimized
  • XHTML & CSS standards compliant

My Take:

Fluidity is not only a beautifully and excellently designed WordPress theme but also user-friendly and very easy to customize. WordPress users with some knowledge of HTML, CSS and image editing will definitely have fun with this theme. But regular users won’t be disappointed because Fluidity is widget-ready and works just fine out of the box. I give the Fluidity theme a 4.5 out of 5. Great job Beng! Keep up the good work and looking forward to more free WordPress themes from you.

  1. @Beng – Hello! You’re most welcome! You deserve it anyways and even if I didn’t know you, my review would have still been the same. ;)

Yup, 4.5! I don’t normally give that rating unless the theme is really nice and if I like it. I don’t remember giving a theme a rating of 5 yet and I’m not sure if I’ll ever give out a rating that high. The theme has to be really perfect to be able to get a rating of 5. I can’t really say how, but I’ll know once I see it. :D

  2. Hi Jaypee,

I luckily had time to check my blogroll page which also includes the list of incoming links. There I saw the link of your review. Thank you so much for including my work to your reviews :). Kudos to you kababayan.

4.5 out of 5 (hehehe, how generous of you) in your opinion what shall I do to reach the top rating :). I’m serious about this ha? Like once Connie Veneracion said “masyado daw akong metikolosa”.
