I’ve seen this before in some of the blogs that I regularly visit and I wasn’t really interested in doing it. I also wasn’t sure on how accurate it was.

A couple days ago, while I was trying to think of something to blog about, I saw that Trench posted about this celebrity look-alike thing. I decided to give it a try and see if it does work and if it’s accurate. So I uploaded the most recent photograph of myself and did the test. I don’t wanna comment but just take a look at the results of my face recognition test. You be the judge.

I don’t think I look like any of these guys. It’s totally unfair for them. Hehe. Anyways, for the female version, the closest match that I got was Pamela Anderson.

One of my favorite tv shows is Pimp My Ride. I try to catch the weekly episodes and reruns if I miss it. My favorite episodes include a Need for Speed: Underground fan who got his car pimped like one of the cars in the game, the Volkswagen van owned by a surfer, the brand new Scion XB and the two-toned Mitsubishi Eclipse.

Pimp My Ride is a TV show originally shown on MTV. The concept is simple — one takes a car (“ride”) that is old, thought to be unfashionable, falling apart, or some combination thereof, and “pimps” it (i.e., the car is restored and customized, usually in an over-the-top fashion). It is hosted by rapper Xzibit.

This season, it’s no longer the West Coast Customs crew who will be doing the pimpin’ but it will be the crew from GAS – Galphin Auto Sports. That’s showbiz, nothing is permanent. I guess MTV and West Coast Customs couldn’t get a deal done so MTV had to find somebody else. I miss the old crew, the guys from West Coast Customs. Big Dane, Alex, Ish. But nevertheless, as long as they have “new” cars to pimp and car owners to help, I’ll keep watching the show.
