I’m sure that these persons also visit several blogs other than your own, right? Am I talking about you? Anyways, wouldn’t it be nice and convenient if you can keep track of all your social networking friends’ updates and favorite blogs in one place?

Spokeo is a social network and rss feed reader/aggregator. It allows you, the user to keep track of all your friends in whatever social network they’re from – Myspace, Friendster, LiveJournal, Twitter and also read your favorite blogs’ RSS feeds. You can also keep track of your friends newly uploaded videos or photos in YouTube, Picturetrail, Photobucket, Flickr, etc. You can do all of these from your own Spokeo page and buddy list. It even notifies you when your friend posts a new blog article or photo. How cool is that?

Joining Spokeo is easy. No registration is required. Just provide a valid email address and password and you’re all set.

Screenshot:<br

Because keeping track of friends’ updates and RSS feeds has never been this easy and convenient. You don’t have to go through each site and login just to check for updates. Once you see an update in Spokeo, then its up to you whether you want to go and check it out.

Try OpenID, what it is and how it works. A few hours ago, it was announced on the WordPress.com blog that WordPress.com users can now use their WordPress.com URLs as an OpenID. That’s good news for me and for others who wanna try it, coz I’ve been wanting to try out OpenID and I don’t have to create one since I already have a WordPress.com account.

Now that I have my OpenID, where can I use it? Good question. Aside from the Web 2.0 startups who are using and implementing the OpenID system, the more popular sites that use OpenID are Technorati, LiveJournal and Movable Type weblogs to mention a few. I think it won’t be long until WordPress weblogs would also implement this system.

Learn more about OpenID from the <a
