Pacquiao vs. Morales 3 - The Grand Finale
22 Comments November 14, 2006 10963 Views

A few more days to go. I can’t wait! I’m too excited to see this match. I still don’t know where I’m gonna watch it coz here in the US, you either watch it live in Vegas or watch it thru PPV. It kinda sucks coz in the Philippines, I could watch it for free even though it’s a bit delayed.
Dubbed as the “Grand Finale”, Pacquiao vs. Morales 3 will be the deciding match for this great rivalry. This rivalry could easily be one of the best rivalries in boxing history and is likened to the Barrera-Morales and Gatti-Ward rivalries. This match is also the most awaited fight of the year for boxing fans around the world. This match could easily be the “Fight of the Year” because of the drama and history involved and also because of the talent of this two great fighters.

Erik “El Terible” Morales & Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao
With both fighters having a win over each other, Pacquiao and Morales are eager and determined to prove to the world who really is the best boxer. Morales would be coming to the ring at 132 lbs instead of the initially agreed weight of 130 which is considered as an advantage for him. Pacquiao, on the other hand would be relying on stamina and punching power to make this match go his way.

“I am the best super featherweight in the world and I cannot wait to prove it to Erik Morales…again. Morales will fee the strength of the people of The Philippines behind every punch I land on him. This may be the ‘Grand Finale’ on our trilogy, but it is just the beginning for Manny Pacquiao.”
Manny Pacquaio
How I wish I could watch this live at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. I’m sure the tickets are gonna be pretty expensive and hard to get but if I had the money, I would definitely get myself tickets. But if in case I don’t get to watch the live or replay match, all I want is for Manny Pacquiao to win and make us Filipinos proud.
Go Pacman!

Hello and welcome to JaypeeOnline! My name is Jaypee Habaradas and I'm the author of this blog that talks about the latest blogging news, WordPress theme and plugin reviews, technology, gadgets and tips & tricks.

I am equally as excited as you are Jaypee. It’s nice to have it on free TV but the ads can really go in the way. PPV is also available here in our town but it is really steep. Just the same, I bet this would really be a match to watch…
20 bucks at Hyatt. Im going!!
I cant wait any longer for this match.
Yeah, its free here in PH but lots of ads and Manny’s shorts too. LOL
Tatahimik nanaman ang Pilipinas during the fight. I want him to win this match and show the world how great he is and that he is a filipino Hehe.
Hi. Could you please tell me how did you put Sideblog feature on your sidebar. I have been using the fresh theme as well but do know how to do it. Thanks.
Go Manny!…
@major tom - aren’t we all excited? hehe. yup, i remember watching boxing aired for free and the advertisements taking up like 30-45 minutes. this match is available in PPV for like $39.
@trench - good for you! i still have to find a place where i could watch it. so who are you rooting for this time?
@jong - yup, i think all Filipinos have set their calendar and postponed or canceled other plans on this date. Manny’s shorts is like the Million Dollar Homepage. hehe
@anshul - i’ll send you an email on how to setup your Sideblog. it’s quite easy so i’m sure you’ll be able to have it up in no time.
@hoop - amen to that!
let the picture say it.. ngak!!
thankyou thankyou//
naku, matalo ba o manalo? me panalo pa rin si pakyaw? hirap kasing i spell lastname nya hehe
sana manalo,..
i heard, the night before morales arrived in las vegas, weighed at 136 lbs… and that for an extra pound, it would cost him 500 grand… such a big cost for an excess baggage… whether this extra pound could give advantage for him or not, pacquiao is definitely on his best shape to match…
God speed to both of them. may the best fighter win!
@gbert - yup, he does have to pay for every extra pound he gains. also, from pre-fight show that i watched in HBO, Freddie Roach said that if Morales exceeds the specified weight, they would get the money and back out of the fight. i hope it doesn’t happen.
@ymir - yup, may the best fighter win!
Pacquiao of course. I have a little flipside in my blood so got to root for the filipino fighter.
Some people I know actually say that Pacman will loose this match. They say that Morales has known and experienced almost all of Pacman’s moves, strengths and weaknesses and will definitely come to the fight well prepared.
I tend to agree with them, isn’t this like the third time the two of them will slug it out in the ring? It’s not even a title match.
Still, the best of luck to Manny.
@trench - alrighty then!
@jhay - i agree that Morales is a more experienced fighter and that he has seen Pacquiao’s strengths and weaknesses. however, i believe that Morales is not the same fighter he was several years ago and Pacquiao has improved a lot the past few years. i’m sure that Freddie Roach will come up with a new strategy for this match.
ayos!
I hope he bags it!
i shelled out 500 pesos the other night to watch this match at rob…hope manny wins…hope my 500 bucks is worth it…at least the ticket comes with 2 movie passes
Lfisher Hotel offers it for 566+ but they will be serving lunch…too bad i already bought my ticket by the time i knew about it..
the streets of Bacolod will be quiet again
The crime rate here in the Philippines will again fall to zero. I swear.
@dre - i hope so too!
@clawy - i’m sure it’s gonna be worth paying for. here, people pay more to watch his fight. plus, you have the 2 movie tickets.
LOL
@ade - i believe that’s gonna happen coz even the criminals stay home to watch the fight. i hope Pacquiao has a fight everyday so there will be no more crime in the Philippines.
PACQUIAO WON WOOHOO PINOY PRIDE!!
