Powered by WordPress is a new blog directory for blogs running WordPress or hosted at WordPress.com. This is a project of Vamsi Gangavalli that aims to enlist as many WordPress blogs as possible and categorize them into 500 different categories and sub-categories.
Anyone can submit a blog for free as long as you meet the initial requirement which is, only WordPress or WordPress.com blogs are accepted. If you meet this requirement, what you have to do next is to go to the Submit page and fill out the neede information like blog url, title, description, meta keywords, meta description, name, email address and blog category. Make sure that you read the guidelines posted beside the form.
Once your blog is accepted and listed, Powered by WordPress will display your Google Page Rank and Description, your Alexa rank and Traffic Chart. Visitors to this directory can rate your website. You can also easily check your cached pages and backlinks in Google, Yahoo, MSN, Altavista, as well as check your Technorati Rank.

Nice content……very informative but written in a friendly way…..which has become tough to find now-a-days.
Nice and Customized layout…….I know you are an experienced guy on this…..do you suggest from where I can gather some useful ebooks to know the WP theme plugin functions well?

We are reviewing every blog and their submission details manually and this is a pain taking process really. Having full time jobs on the other side, we are really giving as much time we can give for this project.
Its just a matter of time that your blogs are reviewed.
I've been even filling descriptions for some blogs whose description is not clear or simply blank or 2-3 words. But some, I've been rejecting because I don't know how to describe their blogs.
