You could (without any programmning skills) grab the RSS feed for a <a href="http://search.socialactions.com/actions?q=%22human+rights%22" rel="nofollow">search query of human rights actions</a> and then feed this into an easy widget builder like <a href="http://www.widgetbox.com/" rel="nofollow">WidgetBox</a>.
