The 20 Most Expensive Keywords in Google AdWords [Infographic]

Do you know where Google is making all it’s money? Advertising. Of the total revenue of $33.3 Billion earned between Q3 2010 – Q2 2011, 97% or $32.2 Billion comes from advertising revenue which basically is Google AdWords. No wonder they keep offering those FREE Google Adwords coupons. Anyways, now that we know advertising is their top moneymaker, it would also be interesting to find out the most expensive keywords on Google AdWords.

The folks from WordStream has created and released this pretty infographic called “Where Google Makes Its Money: The 20 Most Expensive Keywords in Google AdWords“, which details the top twenty keywords or keyword categories in terms of CPC (Cost Per Click) and how much advertisers are paying for them.

Without looking at the infographic, try to come up with a list of what you think are the most expensive keywords. If you made a list, keep it and compare it with the infographic. If not, no worries. Just go ahead and enjoy the infographic.
