I’ve always wanted to start another blog but I couldn’t think of a specific topic or subject to talk about. Well, I was finally able to come up with something and early last month, I created a new blog named Center Court // Tennis Blog.
Why a tennis blog? You see, I’ve been a tennis fan since I was a kid and it was the second sport that I learned right after soccer. I had formal tennis lessons when I was in grade school but quit playing when I got into high school because most, if not all of my friends played basketball and so I shifted to basketball.
I haven’t played tennis in a long time. A couple months back, I started playing tennis again and that’s when I got the idea of coming up with a tennis blog. So I started to plan out the details of the blog like the name, the content, etc.
Aside from the usual posts and articles, you’ll also find pages for player rankings, tournament schedules and downloads like wallpapers and stuff.

It’s good to know another blogger who’s into tennis. I haven’t been to a live tennis game here in the US. I plan to watch the Legg Mason tournament scheduled at the end of this month in D.C. Hope I can watch even just one game. :D

A new blog? A tennis blog? Cool. Congrats.
I’ve been a tennis fan since I was… about 12 years old. I SUCK at playing it though, but it doesn’t stop me from picking up a racket now and again.
I always watch a few pro and amateur tennis games every year when the big name stars come to Toronto. (I just hate sitting on those benches, baking in the hot sun, hehe. Sometimes, watching a game on the TV is more comfortable.)
