Northwest Airlines Flight 020 bound for Los Angeles.
Thank God for the safe trip. I am now here in California. The flight from Narita, Japan was very bumpy coz we encountered a lot of airpockets. The kids inside the plane were all crying and there were some adults who were a bit petrified. For me, it was like taking a rollercoaster ride. Hehe.
Sorry it took me a while to post these pictures. I was quite busy and had many things to do as soon as I arrived. I really couldn’t take that much pictures during the trip coz I didn’t want the security personnel to be suspicious, especially in Japan. Picture taking of any kind, even with your cellphone is prohibited inside LAX (Los Angeles airport).

This is how airline food looks like. Hehe

I wish I was able to take more pictures. Another thing that kept me from doing so, was coz I was a bit shy. Hehe. I didn’t want the other passengers to stare at me. Anyways, I also forgot to take more pictures of the airline food. After taking a picture of the first meal they served I forgot about the others.
The first in-flight movie I watched was Duma. I wanted to watch this movie even when I first saw the trailer on television. I enjoyed watching the movie. The other movie they showed was Elizabethtown, starring Orlando Bloom and Kirsten Dunst. I didn’t get to watch the whole movie coz I was so sleepy.

i’m glad u had a safe trip! *hugs*
haha! we sure have some stuff in common!
i’m also from cavite *squeal*
and the last time me and my family went to L.A. we had to stop at the Narita Airport before going to… LAX! omg! we do have lots of stuff in common!
Hey, welcome to the states! That’s some plate of food you got there. Whenever I travel to El Salvador, I get nothing close to that…lol.
Also glad you’re safe. Do they still serve blueberry cheese cake in NorthWest Airlines?
I loved those when I first flew to Chicago two years ago, we never had a bumpy ride though, still I’m a bit curious as to how it would feel, hehehe
Great pics, makes me miss japan all over again
hi kuya Jaypee. naks dumaan ka pala dito sa Japan.. ang daming tao sa narita ah. pero love ko don! medyo mainit init narin dito sa tokyo
spring na kasi.
teka.. ano pala gamit mong digicam ngayon?? curious ako
OMG… I’ve been there!
Awww…. I miss Japan…
I really loved Narita Airport because despise the ENOURMOUS size of it, they have everything under control. Very organized. Did you notice that?
And they are ever sooooooooooo polite and respectful.
We hope to go back someday.
For sure.
Glad your trip was safe! And yeah… when we moved back to the States from Japan, our flight to LAX was horrible too. A lot of turbulance.
Scary.

I hate traveling through Narita to get to California. I prefer the Hawaii to California route.. Glad your safe! Airpockets suck!!
@jong - thanks!
@danna - thanks for droppin by. where in cavite?
@jorgeq - thanks, the food was good but not enough to fill up my appetite. hehe
@jhay - no, they don’t serve blueberry cheesecake anymore.
@hoop - thanks. so you stayed in Japan before?
@jays - yeah, 2 hour stopover sa Narita airport. im using a Canon Powershot S410
@ana - true. the airport is so huge. i think they expanded it coz last time i was there in 2004, it looked different. very clean and the people are polite. only problem is the language barrier. not all airport staff know how to speak English.
@trench - if i took Philippine Airlines, it would have taken the Hawaii-Cali route.
Oh wow. Sa pagkain palang na sinerve, parang game na akong bumyahe! hahah
Ang saya naman
well there! you can travel. i am envious.
I love In and Out burgers too. I used to collect the tshirts from the ones I would visit until we got one here local. Now I can have it anyday I want. Have you heard of Sonic Burgers yet?
Jaypee, why be shy on taking pics, esp. around asians? Lord knows the Japanese are the #1 camera-toting tourists around. Glad you’re safe!
