Aside from the G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra movie, one movies that I’m looking forward to watching this year is Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, the sequel to last year’s blockbuster comic adaptation, Transformers starring Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox.
Synopsis:
The battle for Earth has ended but the battle for the universe has just begun. After returning to Cybertron, Starscream assumes command of the Decepticons, and has decided to return to Earth with force. The Autobots believing that peace was possible finds out that Megatron’s dead body has been stolen from the US Military by Skorpinox and revives him using his own spark. Now Megatron is back seeking revenge and with Starscream and more Decepticon reinforcements on the way, the Autobots with reinforcements of their own, may have more to deal with then meets the eye.

I may be wrong but I have a gut feeling that Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen will be as good or even better than the first Transformers movie. Its only because of what I’ve seen from the trailer but based on the plot/synopsis of this movie, I can see that the story will be better because part of it was already established in the first movie.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is scheduled to show in theaters on June 26th.

Will it betray my age if I say I have a sudden desire to see Voltes V movies again? :) Those are the days indeed. Of course I can retool my inner wiring and take a liking to autobots and megatrons too. Most things before they get to be addictive first developed as an acquired taste, right? hehehe.

Not particularly like an Al Pacino movie, but one must get a fair sampling of movies out there. What makes these type of films click with the audience? What are the lessons to be learned – if any – that can be applied to web writing? hahaha. Time for relaxation and still obsessing with blogging huh? :)
