Be careful with what blogs you visit. Google’s Blogger.com is reportedly being hijacked by scammers to spread malware through fake blogs. Security experts are calling this the “fake blog scam”. Blog hopping or surfing hasn’t been this dangerous.

For those of you who use Firefox, I’m sure you’re familiar with it’s inline spell checking feature. Wordpress has it’s spell check option but I never use it because of Firefox’s automatic inline spell checking. It helps me when I write or proofread my drafts. WP Visual Text Editor Fix

I’ve read about bloggers having problems with their visual text editors. Whether the Tiny MCE buttons (bold, italic, link, block quote) were missing or the visual editor itself doesn’t show up. Most of the time, the problem occurred after upgrading to Wordpress 2.1 or later versions. I wasn’t really concerned since I don’t use the visual text editor.
